Interview on the Concept of Pan Africanism and Integration

The policy of integration and interventions are two parts of the new Pan Africanism. The end aim of integration is not simply the desire to be integrated; there is a purpose for it. Basically, integration is another means to have more resources at the disposal of the people: more jobs, more trade, more infrastructure, more options and more market in Africa. So we need to integrate for the sake of prosperity, better democracy and better governance. So, integration is not an end by itself. The end is to ensure human security; whether the security of the populations is guaranteed. And whether poverty is defeated. Its about human security.
